Beneficiaries receive financial support in installments:

  • 1st Installment: On sanction of the house.
  • 2nd Installment: On reaching plinth level.
  • 3rd Installment: After roof completion.

  • Go to FTO Tracking or Beneficiary Details.
  • Enter registration number to see release of funds.

If your name is not in the list, you can apply for inclusion:

  1. Visit Gram Panchayat / Common Service Center (CSC).
  2. Fill the PMAY-G application form with Aadhaar details.
  3. Upload supporting documents (income, caste, etc.).
  4. Verification will be done by local authorities.
  5. If eligible, your name will be included in the next beneficiary list.
